Project Engineer

Main Objectives:
– The Project Engineer will oversee all engineering and technical aspects of projects, ensuring accuracy and quality from start to finish.
– Acting as a liaison between customers and project teams, understanding and conveying customer requirements for product and project delivery.

– Collaborating within the project management team to execute current and upcoming projects.
– Coordinating the successful delivery of assigned projects, from customer engagement to Start of Production (SOP) and beyond.
– Demonstrating expertise in manufacturing and project management, ensuring accountability and ownership across all functions.
– Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress, taking corrective actions when needed.
– Leading review meetings to track project advancement and manage critical path and risk items effectively.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
– Experience in project management, engineering, and planning.
– Proficiency in change management and adapting to various change scenarios.
– Strong leadership skills to guide decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
– Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments, with suppliers, customers, and project stakeholders.
