Sales Agent

Our client is a small independent estate agency, located in Middlesbrough. Passionate about work ethic where the customer always comes first. Our client is looking to recruit outstanding team players who can demonstrate our passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key role to include: –

• Provide accurate market valuations for potential Vendor’s properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
• To promote the company brand and services operating within the business
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
• Engage customers throughout their journey
• Build relationship’s and be the customer’s point of contact through the entire sales progression

We require you to have: –

• To have excellent knowledge of the property market
• Able to work both individually & within a team
• Must possess a full, clean driver’s license as company car will be provided
• A strong desire to be successful and grow the companies business
• Must possess enthusiasm &
• Strong Estate Agents/ Valuation experience at either Branch Manager or Valuer level (Min 3 years experience required)
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

£20,000 – £22,000 Salary depending on experience
