Key role to include: –

  • Provide accurate market valuations for potential Vendor’s properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
  • To promote the company brand and services operating within the business
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
  • Engage customers throughout their journey
  • Build relationship’s and be the customer’s point of contact through the entire sales progression

We require you to have: –

  • To have excellent knowledge of the property market
  • Able to work both individually & within a team
  • Must possess a full, clean driver’s license as company car will be provided
  • A strong desire to be successful and grow the companies business
  • Must possess enthusiasm &
  • Strong Estate Agents/ Valuation experience at either Branch Manager or Valuer level (Min 3 years experience required)
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
