An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales/Costings Administrator to join a well-established team on a full-Time, permanent basis. Specialising in the design and manufacture of pressure related components for the Oil & Gas Industry.

Job Overview:
This role is for a Sales/Costings Administrator to carry out the following duties:
• Liaising with clients and building upon the strong relationships that are already in place
• Record sales enquiries and prepare documentation for technical and commercial review
• Record sales orders, maintain the works order schedule and plan delivery schedules
• Obtaining raw material pricing and component parts to support the costing synthesis and raise material requisitions
• Compile Costings and Bills of Material using Excel
• Support the compilation of documentation packs
• Arrange collections and deliveries with third party couriers for UK / International shipments
• General office duties – directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, sorting post, keeping the office clean and tidy etc (This list is not exhaustive)
