Looking for an experienced Project Manger ideally with experience in both building and in Civil Engineering projects on a permanent basis operating from our Teesside office.

As the Project Manager you will have full ownership, responsibility and accountability for the project. You will be responsible for the timely execution of the project, ensuring that site performance and progress is achieved along with Health and Safety standards and all contractual requirements .

Details:

  • Overall Management of the Project
  • Liaise closely with Consultants, Site Team and Client to develop the overall and detailed design
  • Monitor progress against against the Contract Programme and notify the Contracts Manager/ Quantity Surveyor of any delay or disruption
  • Prepare and present Progress Reports at site/ client meetings
  • Develop target, long term and short term programmes alongside the Site Team and Subcontractors
  • You will be responsible for highlighting project risks, identifying opportunities, and improving efficiencies
  • Lead Progress Meetings with Site Management, Clients, Subcontractors
  • Regular site inspections & HSE audits

About You

  • Must have proven experience working as a Project Manager 
  • Good knowledge and understanding of appropriate forms of contract such as NEC3, JCT and D&B
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication with workforce, client and management team.
  • CSCS card or CCSNG Safety Passport

Work times will be a 45 hour working Monday – Friday.

Salary – Negotiable depending on experience
