Project Co-Ordinator – Teesside
To co-ordinate, control and monitor shipments for the Project and General Freight Forwarding team by ensuring that all shipments are handled in accordance with the agreed customer requirements.
 
???? Roles & Responsibilities
???? Assess and determine order of priorities on a daily basis with regards to workload
???? Prepare shipping documents
???? Issue quotations
???? Handle queries 
???? Client visits when required
???? Ensure clients timetables are achieved
???? Booking relevant transports from global locations
???? Cross checking suppliers paperwork
???? Prepare and send pre-alerts
???? Ensure all job files are completed in accordance with QA and project/client requirements
???? Check and confirm shipment arrivals to destination
