Project Administrator required in Teesside
Current Overall Purpose and Role:         
Administrative function to support project delivery and other company administration requirements.

Principal Current Accountabilities:
1.     Prepares customer enquiry and contract files.
2.     Assist in preparation of contracts for review.
3.     Raising and reviewing of purchase orders for the purchase of goods and services.
4.     Co-ordination of sub-contract activities.
5.     Data gathering, entry and reporting.
6.     Other administration tasks to support company requirements.

Key Result Areas:
1.     Project and enquiry documentation is accurate and correct.
2.   Contributing to a right 1st time culture
3.     Reports submitted to management and timely, fit for purpose and accurate.
4.     All administrative duties completed to a high standard.

Essential Criteria:
1.   To be able to work independently and as part of a team
2.   Technically capable of understanding customer documentation
3.   Strong communication skills
4.   Reliable, responsible with strong customer service and excellent people and relationship management
5.   Highly adaptable, quick to pick up new skills with ability to manage work in a timely manner in time pressured situations
6.   Can do attitude
7.   Attention to detail

Desirable Criteria:
1.   Good ICT skills
2.   English & Maths minimum of GCSE A-C grades or equivalent
3.   Experience of ISO9001 Quality Management System

£20-£25k (+ Pension + Life Cover)

Hours of work:
Full Time or Pro Rata Dependent on Person/Business Needs ETC ETC TBC
